About The Position

This course will explore change in organizations and the role leadership has in bringing about successful change. A variety of models and tools will be used to better understand the dynamics of change, factors that contribute to resistance to change, and the impact organizational culture has on achieving long term success. This course has multiple sections and a common course outline. This course will be coordinated. All instructors will be required to follow a proposed course outline.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree (PhD Preferred)
  • Specialization in Leadership, Organizational Development, Sociology, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
  • Prior teaching experience in Leadership at the post-secondary level.
  • Completed degrees will be considered.
  • Teaching experience limited to serving as a Teaching Assistant or to delivering guest lectures will not be considered.
  • Leadership Education qualifications limited to the context of elementary and/or secondary schools will not be considered.
