About The Position

The Leadership Rotational Excellence Program (LREP) is a selective development program designed to prepare high-potential fresh graduate engineering talent for impactful leadership roles across Bray International's U.S. operations. This immersive 18-24 month rotational program is based in Houston, TX, and is crafted to fast-track the development of future technical and business leaders at Bray. The program combines real-world project experience with structured mentorship and training, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the company's business and operations. Participants will rotate through four key business functions: Manufacturing Operations, Technical Product Development, Product Management, and Sales Execution. Each rotation offers hands-on challenges with real impact, preparing participants for a successful transition into an engineering role upon program completion.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial/Systems preferred)
Based in the greater Houston, TX area (or willing to relocate) for the duration of the program
Open to U.S. relocation post-program
Strong technical aptitude and a passion for engineering excellence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A results-driven mindset with leadership potential

Responsibilities
