About The Position

Our two-year, rotational Digital Leadership Development Program provides challenging opportunities via three 8-month work assignments across the enterprise as you move to locations around the U.S.A. Receive high-caliber training, mentoring & guidance from RTX leaders, current & alumni LDPs to build a strong lasting global network. Program intended for internal RTX interns/co-ops, & external entry level professionals looking to create value & grow their career at RTX.

Requirements

Willing and able to move anywhere in the U.S.A., including but not limited to Iowa, Texas, and Connecticut
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, MIS, AI & ML, Cybersecurity, or other related discipline
Relevant internship/co-op or work experience
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
Experience with one or more of the following: application services, cybersecurity services, data services, infrastructure services, process & systems transformation, and transformation & strategy
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
