Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Responsibilities

  • Gain exposure to various departments within our company through rotational experience.
  • Participate in interactive training sessions focused on leadership skills, communication, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
  • Take the lead on high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and enhance guest satisfaction.
