About The Position

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) – Distillation is a full-time, 2-year leadership development program designed to provide exposure across areas of the distillation operation, with leadership development experiences based on business needs and available opportunities. The program provides an outstanding opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of our industry and develop skills to lead teams and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic organization. Potential Development Experiences in the Rotation include Distillation, Aging Warehouse, and Quality, Planning and Processing. Specific rotations, assignments, timing, and responsibilities are subject to business needs and may vary throughout the program. Participation in a particular area or rotation is not guaranteed.

Requirements

Candidates completing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in an engineering discipline between May 2027 and August 2027 are eligible
GPA 3.0 or above
Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for active learning
Team player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
Willingness to relocate anywhere within the U.S

Nice To Haves

Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG overall
Relevant experience such as a prior internship or co-op
