Exelon is seeking a Leadership Development Manager to lead the transformation, implementation, and evaluation of enterprise-wide leadership development strategies. The manager will act as a subject matter expert within the Talent Center of Excellence (COE), developing and managing strategies, programs, and frameworks for all leadership levels. This consultative role involves partnering with leadership development practitioners and Talent Management and Organizational Development (TMOD) leads across business segments to ensure strategic alignment and gather input. The position also involves assessing the impact of AI on leadership roles and competencies, designing future-ready learning experiences, and managing external vendor relationships. Program evaluation using adult learning theory and models like Kirkpatrick is key to ensuring effectiveness and driving continuous improvement. This role also supports cross-functional initiatives in strategic workforce planning, succession planning, talent review, and performance development.
