Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online communication platforms
Educate clients on available supplemental benefit programs and coverage options
Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
Learn directly from experienced leaders through structured mentorship and coaching
Support team initiatives and contribute to overall client satisfaction
Maintain professionalism, integrity, and accuracy in every interaction
Participate in ongoing leadership training and professional development
