Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and other online communication platforms
- Educate clients about available supplemental benefit programs
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
- Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding client experiences
- Participate in weekly leadership development, coaching, and professional training
- Continuously strengthen communication, organization, and leadership skills
