Vale’s Leadership Development Program is designed for recent graduates or individuals early in their careers. This rotational program aims to identify and cultivate future Vale leaders by providing them with comprehensive exposure to all aspects of the business. Participants will work closely with Vale’s leadership team and receive guidance from prominent industry professionals in the Seattle area. The program involves structured rotations through 3-4 business functions such as Operations, Marketing, Logistics, Product, and People Operations. Associates will lead and contribute to cross-functional projects within each rotation, gaining a wide-ranging understanding of Vale’s business, technology, and culture. They will also build a network of mentors and peers within Vale’s leadership, present their findings and suggestions to senior leadership, and contribute innovative ideas and a growth-oriented perspective to all tasks. The program concludes with identifying a specific area for accelerated development and aiming for a full-time placement.
