About The Position

Vale's Leadership Development Program is designed for recent graduates or individuals early in their careers. This rotational program aims to identify and cultivate future Vale leaders by providing them with comprehensive exposure to all aspects of the business. Participants will work closely with Vale's leadership team and receive guidance from prominent industry professionals in the Seattle area.

Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university, graduated within the last 2 years
Demonstrated leadership in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings
Strong analytical and communication skills
Genuine enthusiasm for Vale’s mission and the startup environment

Responsibilities

Complete structured rotations through 3-4 business functions including Operations, Marketing, Logistics, Product, and People Operations.
Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects during each rotation.
Develop a broad understanding of Vale’s business, technology, and culture.
Build a network of mentors and peers within the Vale leadership team.
Present learnings and recommendations from each rotation to senior leadership.
Contribute fresh ideas and a growth mindset to everything you touch.
Identify a function where you want to accelerate and build toward a full-time placement.
