About The Position

As a Leadership Development and Change Strategist, you’ll help clients strengthen leadership capability and align people, processes, and culture to advance their strategic goals. Leveraging your experience in human capital, leadership development, strategic planning, or industrial‑organizational psychology, you’ll use a data‑driven, human‑centered approach to diagnose challenges, surface leadership skill gaps, and design solutions that build resilient, high‑performing teams. You’ll assess how leaders influence organizational effectiveness by examining decision‑making, communication, team dynamics, and talent pipelines to deliver clear insights that drive measurable improvement. Your work will span the leadership and talent lifecycle, including assessments, competency modeling, development programs, and succession planning, while contributing to organizational design, process optimization, and broader transformations. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in human capital, leadership development, talent management, workforce development, strategic planning, or industrial‑organizational psychology
  • 2+ years of experience collecting, analyzing, and visualizing quantitative and qualitative workforce or organizational data
  • Experience with applying change management principles to strategic plans and transformation initiatives
  • Experience in assessing organizational culture and developing leadership-focused, data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Experience designing and conducting interviews, focus groups, and surveys
  • Ability to produce clear and compelling deliverables using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years of experience working in a strategic advising or leadership development environment
  • Experience supporting federal agencies, national defense organizations, or defense-oriented government programs
  • Experience with organizational effectiveness, leader‑led culture change, and leadership capability building
  • Ability to use strong communication and facilitation skills to build partnerships, enable leader alignment, and advance strategic initiatives
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master’s degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Human Capital Management, HR Management, or Business Administration
  • Human Capital Strategy, Change Management, Leadership Coaching, or Personality Assessments Certification
