About The Position

This Leadership Coach supports the development of a leadership coaching program within the Jones Center for Leadership and Service (JCLS). This position works directly with undergraduate and graduate students to provide individualized, group, and peer-to-peer coaching experiences that support leadership identity, efficacy, and capacity necessary for personal, academic, civic/career outcomes. Reporting to the Assistant Director, this position partners closely with JCLS professional staff to build coaching frameworks, design program infrastructure, and contribute to a culture of intentional leader and leadership development across campus. This position also supports faculty and staff training initiatives, including programs centered on coach-like approaches to leadership and service.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting the development of a leadership coaching program.
  • Experience working directly with undergraduate and graduate students.
  • Experience providing individualized, group, and peer-to-peer coaching.
  • Experience supporting leadership identity, efficacy, and capacity.
