We're seeking an experienced leadership coach to work with leaders and rising managers looking to grow their skills and effectiveness. This role includes coaching and mentoring on change management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, diversity and inclusion, innovation and creativity, problem solving, and time management, as well as helping clients build fluency in AI fundamentals, AI strategy, AI automation, and team AI upskilling as these capabilities become increasingly central to effective leadership. Ideal candidates have hands-on leadership or management experience, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients navigate complex organizational challenges. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor leaders and rising managers.
