About The Position

The Leadership Associate rotates through customer-facing and operational responsibilities, works directly with customers and coworkers, and supports team goals and daily priorities. The role includes participation in coaching and leadership-development activities. This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction, designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.
