As part of the People Practices team, this person reports to the People Practices Business Partner and is a critical role that One primary area of responsibility will be providing leadership administrative support which requires a high-level of trust, discretion, and implied confidentiality. Responsibilities include assessing, prioritizing, and managing support needs to maximize effectiveness and increase capacity for the DPR Dallas Business Unit Leadership Team (BULT). Another primary focus of this position is managing the planning and execution of events and engagement activities for the business unit and project sites to provide meaningful experiences for all Dallas employees.
