About The Position

The Component Operations Supply Chain IT team is at the forefront of transforming our supply chain through technology. Requirements

BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 8+ years in DevOps engineering and 4+ years of engineering leadership experience managing diverse, globally distributed teams.
Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, driving technical strategy, fostering an AI-first development culture, and ensuring the successful design and deployment of scalable large scale engineering applications.
Extensive experience with SaaS and distributed systems.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, order management, logistics, and inventory) combined with hands-on experience supporting IT systems, including supply chain technologies such as ERP, WMS, and system integrations.
Deep experience in developing and managing high-performing engineering teams and leading agile teams, managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively with both engineering teams and executive leadership.

Nice To Haves

Experience with building and maintaining various Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), SCM (Supply Chain Management), and CX (Customer Experience).

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers, and technical project manager while fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence
Collaborate with technical leads to manage technical debt, improve performance, and guide architectural decisions
Partner with Product, Supply Chain, Business Operations, and SMEs to clarify requirements and align priorities
Monitor and resolve production issues to ensure system stability, data integrity, and timely support
Remove obstacles, manage risks, and ensure teams have the tools and support needed for delivery
Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and drive team health and engagement initiatives
Lead hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning to build strong engineering teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and external technology vendors
