About The Position

The Leader of Software Product Management is accountable for the end-to-end strategy, portfolio leadership, and commercial success of the IAS global software WS (WMS, WES, WCS) portfolio supporting supply chain, logistics, automation, and digital solutions. This role sets the product vision, translates business and customer needs into scalable, differentiated software offerings, and ensures tight alignment across engineering, sales, operations, and regional business units. Operating at enterprise scale, the role balances long term platform strategy with near term commercial execution, ensuring software products drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and customer value across global markets. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $175,000.00 to $300,000.00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: Responsibilities: Define and own the global software product vision, roadmap, and Annual Operating Plans aligned with corporate strategy, growth priorities, and market trends in supply chain and logistics technology. Measure Software Product and Offering portfolio as a pseudo-P&L ensuring strong operational and investment outcomes Lead portfolio prioritization across platforms, applications, and digital services, balancing innovation, scalability, and lifecycle management. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Regional Leaders to ensure products are commercially compelling, clearly positioned, and aligned to customer value propositions. Own product business cases, including revenue growth, margin, pricing, and investment tradeoffs. Engage directly with strategic customers and partners to validate roadmap direction and ensure strong product‑market fit. Serve as the primary interface between Product Management and Software Development, ensuring clear requirements, prioritized backlogs, and outcome‑based delivery. Identify emerging technologies and warehouse application and trends (e.g., cloud platforms, data & analytics, AI‑enabled optimization) and translate them into practical, scalable product capabilities. Experience: 10-15+ years’ experience in software product management, development, sales, and / or deployment, with senior leadership responsibility for enterprise or B2B software portfolios. Preference given for experience within the Supply Chain Solutions industry as either operator or provider of supply chain software. Supply chain planning, Warehouse Management, and Warehouse Execution Software experience is most relevant Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Strong understanding of modern software development, cloud platforms, and Agile product delivery models. Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, influencing executive stakeholders while driving operational results. Requirements

  • 10-15+ years’ experience in software product management, development, sales, and / or deployment, with senior leadership responsibility for enterprise or B2B software portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development, cloud platforms, and Agile product delivery models.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, influencing executive stakeholders while driving operational results.
  • Experience working in matrixed, international organizations with significant commercial and customer interaction.
