Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • 3+ years of Press Brake experience
  • 3+ years of Laser experience
  • Strong attention to detail, desire to solve problems, and drive to resolve technical issues.
  • Must have ability to drive forklift.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic, prove ability to follow direction, and meet expectations.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate computer use
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and mentor new and current employees within your team.
  • Ability to operate CNC equipment such as Press Brakes, Lasers, Waterjet, along with Automatic Band Saws, and Manual Saws.
  • Perform predictive and proactive maintenance for each machine to manufacturers recommendation.
  • Safely handle all materials with quality in mind.
  • Oversee and maintain maintenance spreadsheets on all machines.
  • Safely handle and move equipment.
  • Follow safety regulations and wear protective eyewear, steel toe boots, and other applicable personal protective equipment.
  • Follows established procedures with respect to workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
