Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • 6+ years of dynamic experience in HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, People Analytics, Inclusion, ESG/Human Capital Reporting, or a related field.
  • Experience managing workforce data, HR reporting, compliance reporting, governance, controls, operational risk, or related business processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce, human capital, operational, compliance, or risk data and translate insights into action.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional partners in a consultative or advisory capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data, technology, analytics, or AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, strengthen reporting, support decision-making, or drive process improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting EEO-1, VETS-4212, pay data reporting, ESG, CSRD, human capital disclosures, or similar regulatory processes.
  • Familiarity with disability employment, accessibility, accommodations, disability self-identification, accessible recruiting or learning, digital accessibility, or WCAG-based standards.
  • Experience establishing data governance practices, reporting controls, audit documentation, decision logs, compliance calendars, or risk management mechanisms.
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs in a complex organization, especially work requiring influence across Legal, HR, Technology, Privacy, Finance, data, or business partners.
  • Demonstrated judgment handling sensitive workforce or demographic data, confidential legal or regulatory matters, or issues with potential employee-relations, litigation, reputational, or business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce compliance reporting and human capital disclosure activities, including EEO-1, VETS-4212, pay data, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Help develop enterprise approaches for disability, accessibility, accommodations, and workforce self-identification programs.
  • Identify emerging risks and opportunities and recommend practical actions for leaders.
  • Use data, analytics, and technology to improve reporting processes, simplify work, and generate actionable insights.
  • Support audits, investigations, regulatory inquiries, and other compliance-related activities.
  • Help design sustainable processes, controls, and governance practices that improve business efficiency and manage risk.
  • Build trusted partnerships across functions and geographies.
  • Translate evolving regulations and business challenges into clear actions.
  • Help leaders understand risks, make data-informed decisions, and respond to changing requirements.
  • Advance accessibility and inclusion efforts through practical governance and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to use technology and AI-enabled tools to simplify work and strengthen decision-making.
