The Regional Manager, Cisco Capital Global Enterprise (GES), will drive financial product direct sales to customers, integration with Cisco Product and Services Sales organizations. This leader will be responsible for a team quota. The leader must balance Cisco sales enablement, profitability, and risk aspects and work in a matrix organization. The ability to lead and grow a team of high-performance finance professionals is an essential requirement. The ability to work, integrate with, and influence Cisco GES Sales and operate effectively as part of the Cisco GES extended team is critical to success. You will be a core member of the Cisco Capital GES sales leadership team, reporting to the Cisco Capital Americas GES Director and will participate in key workstreams to enable the business, and work cross-functionally to drive improvements and changes for the field teams. Engaging with channel partners is critical to success, and you will develop key sales leadership relationships. As a Regional Manager in GES, you will drive financial product direct sales and integrate Cisco Capital with the broader Product and Services Sales organizations. Owning an annual quota, you will balance sales enablement with profitability and risk management.
