About The Position

The Lead will oversee the assigned area and keep overall productivity going. The Lead will help train new hires, bid trainees and cross training. The Lead will help out in case of absenteeism. The Lead will fill in for personal breaks and emergencies. The Lead is there for guidance when the supervisor is not present. The Lead will stay during breaks to help clean the area and prep the equipment for start-up after the break. The Lead will communicate effectively; giving verbal feedback to supervisors, other departments and co-workers.

Requirements

Team Member must be dependable, work well with others, self-motivated and willing to come in early and stay late when necessary.
Candidates with 6 or more attendance points/and or any suspension discipline on file within the last 12 months both at the time of positing will not be considered.
Available to bargaining unit team members only.
This position is slated for team members who are currently working at the Joslin complex plant ONLY.
The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
