Requirements

1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime which may include weekends
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Background in safety, OSHA or EHS training

Responsibilities

Support operational processes to help maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure orders are completed correctly and on time
Assist in coordinating daily workload and directing employees on task priorities
Help train and coach team members on proper procedures and best practices
Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain accurate work documents
Model and promote a high standard of customer service on the floor
Follow and reinforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure team compliance
Safely operate various equipment and tools alongside your team
Act as a resource and support for warehouse management as needed
Monitor orders and assist in identifying and resolving problems
Assist with cataloging and tracking goods and/or supplies
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with the 5S program
Work in a safe manner that protects you and your team members
