About The Position

Your role: Reports any disruptions or deviations in the production process to the Manufacturing group leader, facilitating swift resolution and minimizing operational disruptions. Adheres to the compliance of components, parts, and documents with quality specifications before advancing to subsequent stages of the process, ensuring product integrity and quality assurance. Operates and oversees all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment within the manufacturing group, executing standard and complex production tasks in strict accordance with instructions. Monitors output quality diligently, promptly identifying and addressing any instances of faulty products, while maintaining meticulous records of daily production activities and pilot runs for performance analysis. Ensures effective communication and collaboration within the team, maintaining positive working relationships with supervisors and coworkers, and providing certification level job training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, Vocational Education or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience managing or leading a team of employees
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
