About The Position
We are expanding our Houston repair facility by adding professional window tinting as a brand-new service. We are looking for a Lead Window Tint Installer to help build this department from scratch. This is an opportunity for a skilled tint installer who takes pride in clean, precise work to shape a new tinting program.
Requirements
- Proven experience installing automotive window tint
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to build processes and systems from the ground up
- Organized, efficient workflow habits
- Professional communication with customers and team
Responsibilities
- Launch the tint department by setting up workflow, tools, materials, and bay layout.
- Perform high-quality tint installs on all vehicle types.
- Prep and inspect glass surfaces for flawless application.
- Ensure top-tier quality with clean edges, no contamination, and proper curing.
- Handle film with precision, including cutting, shrinking, and applying.
- Educate customers on care, curing times, and film expectations.
- Maintain compliance with Texas tint laws and safety standards.
