Lead Window Installer
About The Position
Infinity Replacement, Marvin’s dedicated replacement window and door business, installs premium fiberglass windows and doors directly for homeowners. The role is for experienced residential window and door installers seeking consistent, year-round projects. Depending on experience, the technician may support or lead jobs, with opportunities to mentor others and grow into leadership roles. Installations are expected to meet Marvin quality standards, with attention to craftsmanship, safety, customer satisfaction, and clean finishes. The position offers hourly pay of $30–$38 based on experience, and top installers may earn $80,000–$100,000 or more annually through steady work and overtime.
Requirements
- Proven experience installing replacement windows and doors in residential settings.
- Strong finish carpentry, trim, capping, and sealing skills.
- Ability to work independently or help guide less-experienced installers.
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with customers and teammates.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet DOT driver qualification requirements, including passing a DOT physical and maintaining a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate.
- Ability to successfully complete DOT-regulated drug screening requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work on active jobsites.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Trade school or certifications; not required, as hands-on experience matters most.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential window and door installations to Marvin quality standards.
- Complete removal, installation, trim, capping, sealing, and final fit and finish.
- Support or lead installation jobs depending on experience level.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and internal teams.
- Identify and communicate jobsite challenges or installation considerations.
- Complete post-installation service or adjustments as needed.
- Maintain detailed jobsite documentation and photos.
- Keep jobsites clean, safe, and professional.
- Depending on experience, help guide less-experienced installers.
