Sparkle Squad is a rapidly growing company that has reinvented the process of commercial and residential window cleaning. We are seeking positive people who enjoy the outdoors to join our team. Since opening in April 2012, our company has grown to be one of the largest window cleaning businesses in North America. We are the Cleaner, Safer, Better, window cleaning company. Responsibilities
- Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing jobs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Excel in leading daily operations with an attention to detail.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Direct ground marketing efforts in the neighborhoods we service.
- Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience and gather feedback and reviews.
- Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training with the ability to train all daily procedures to new hires.
