Lead Window Cleaning Technician / Crew Leader
About The Position
Sparkle Squad is growing, and we are looking for a Lead Technician who takes pride in producing excellent work, leading people, and creating great customer experiences. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, leading by example, and taking ownership of job quality and crew performance. If you have experience leading teams in window cleaning, exterior cleaning, construction, landscaping, facilities maintenance, pressure washing, HVAC, or another field-service environment, we would love to talk. Our professional team cleans more than hundreds of residential homes and dozens of commercial properties each year. We love what we do, and it shows in every window we clean. We are the Cleaner, Safer, Better, window cleaning company.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Previous lead, supervisor, foreman, or crew leadership experience preferred
- Experience in field service, construction, cleaning, landscaping, maintenance, or related industries preferred
- Experience operating lifts or elevated platforms preferred (training available)
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a crew of technicians on residential and commercial projects
- Execute high-quality window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior cleaning services
- Serve as the primary onsite contact for customers and represent the Sparkle Squad brand professionally
- Train and mentor technicians while maintaining a positive, accountable work environment
- Operate aerial lifts and elevated work platforms safely when required
- Maintain production goals while ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Keep vehicles, equipment, and work areas organized and job-ready
- Help improve systems and contribute to company growth
