Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of technicians on daily window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and house washing jobs while providing exceptional customer service.
• Safely operate aerial lifts and elevated work platforms as required by the job.
• Lead by example and mentor team members in a positive work environment.
• Excel in a team environment.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.
• Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training
