About The Position

Wright-Pierce, an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater and civil infrastructure, is seeking a licensed Lead Wastewater Project Engineer to join our company. The role involves applying intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices, performing portions of large or complex multi-disciplinary projects, and taking technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating small to mid-size water and wastewater projects. The position also includes identifying opportunities to enhance the organization’s standards and delivery of services, managing and mentoring staff, and performing research assignments. Essential functions include effective written and verbal communication skills, collection system design and field work, demonstrating initiative and effective problem-solving skills, personal organization and time management skills, producing assignments on time and on budget, building strong relationships with coworkers, collaborating to capitalize on collective capabilities, and effective client relationship and proposal generation skills.

Requirements

  • 10 plus years of experience
  • Professional Engineer License required
  • B.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

Responsibilities
