About The Position

This role is responsible for leading and mentoring warehouse associates, overseeing daily operations to ensure accuracy in inventory, stock movement, and order fulfillment. The Lead Warehouse will assign tasks, direct workflow, and prioritize orders to meet delivery timelines. They will also promote company health and safety practices, support warehouse leadership in planning future capacity requirements, and supervise the receiving, unloading, and put-away of stock. Ensuring proper use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanning equipment, monitoring picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing processes, and overseeing the preparation of shipping documents are key responsibilities. The role also involves maintaining accurate reporting and documentation, training new hires, and serving as a point of escalation for problem-solving. Reinforcing adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and Core Values through daily leadership is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing processes for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee preparation of shipping documents and coordination with carriers.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of stock movements, receivables, and workflow metrics.
  • Train new hires and support ongoing skill development of warehouse staff.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for problem-solving material needs, inventory issues, and process barriers.
  • Reinforce adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and Core Values through daily leadership.
  • Direct workflow as established by Shift or Department Manager.
  • Oversee and support 10–25 workers.
  • Support orientation and training of new hires.
  • Partner with athletes to ensure success in daily performance and production.
