About The Position

This role involves leading, mentoring, and coaching warehouse associates to ensure accuracy in inventory, stock movement, and order fulfillment. The Lead Warehouse will oversee daily operations, assign tasks, direct workflow, and prioritize orders to meet delivery timelines. A key aspect of this role is promoting and ensuring compliance with company health and safety practices. The position also supports warehouse leadership in planning future capacity and implementing improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include supervising receiving, unloading, and put-away of stock, ensuring proper use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanning equipment, and monitoring picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing processes. The Lead Warehouse will also oversee the preparation of shipping documents, coordinate with carriers, maintain accurate reporting, train new hires, and serve as a point of escalation for problem-solving. Reinforcing adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and Core Values through daily leadership is essential.

Responsibilities
