About The Position

This role is responsible for performing and controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers. Inventory Management is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning and customer forecasting systems, supply planning, product deployment and expediting processes, and the development and implementation of a stocking optimization model to minimize costs and inventory while delivering on service requirements.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills
  • 4+ years experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Good written communication skills
  • Must be willing to travel as needed
  • Applies extensive knowledge and company policies to complete a wide range of assignments
  • Demonstrates expert understanding of all levels of the job family and has thorough knowledge of jobs outside area of responsibility
  • Takes the lead in effectively applying new processes and skills in accomplishing assignments
  • May provide technical guidance and training to others
  • Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
  • Works on complex problems that require independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issue
  • Makes recommendation for new or revised processes and has a role on the implementation
  • Adheres to all quality guidelines
  • Works with minimal degree of supervision. Has latitude to make decisions in exceptional circumstances within established guidelines
  • Provides guidance to less experienced team members
  • May have team leader responsibilities but does not formally supervise

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all facets of QIC Functionality
  • Complete SOX Reporting requirements
  • Participate in QA Events
  • Reporting and resolution of Inbound and Outbound Discrepancy
  • Processing of customer returns
  • Provide error resolution
  • Conduct Cycle Count Compliance
  • Maintain Warehouse Area (Out of Area, Out of Zone, 123 Report, Multi-SKU, etc.)
  • Assist with Profiling and Service Issues
