Responsibilities

Control the flow of work within the facility to meet receiving and departure times while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring system counts match physical inventory.
Monitor daily operations for compliance with established safety, logistics, and route management procedures.
Communicate daily work assignments to shift associates and effectively communicate with team members, customers, and process partners via radio, phone, and email.
Resolve operational issues on a first-line basis, including system, equipment, and associate-related concerns.
Perform data setup, validation, and inventory management, including managing unsalable inventory to resolution.
Assist with daily and weekly operational reports.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while remaining detail-oriented.
Prioritize work and adjust to changing workload requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of special projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Work collaboratively to achieve team goals and meet warehouse performance metrics.
Maintain professionalism with management and coworkers.
Perform other projects, tasks, and duties as assigned by the supervisor.
