About The Position

Rooms To Go is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate to work in the offices of its outlet stores. The role involves maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of offices, distribution centers, warehouses, customer lounges, showrooms, and parking lots. The position is fast-paced and includes handling furniture and customer orders. Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a team player who is driven and motivated to succeed.
• Be willing and able to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to learn and work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Be able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds.
• Be able to bend, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.
• Be able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Prior furniture experience.
• Prior janitorial experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers.
• Pull customer orders.
• Load furniture purchases for customer pickups and deliveries.
• Arrange furniture in the showroom at the direction of designers and managers.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of showrooms, warehouses, offices, distribution centers, customer lounges, and parking lots.
• Follow directions and work safely.
