Requirements
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/RVT/CVT) or equivalent credentials
- Strong knowledge of animal medicine, pharmacology, and husbandry
- Experience with anesthesia monitoring, surgery support, and dental procedures
- Leadership experience, including training and team oversight
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support the veterinary technician team
- Assist veterinarians with exams, surgery, anesthesia monitoring, and dental procedures
- Perform diagnostic testing, radiology, and laboratory procedures
- Administer medications and ensure accurate dosing and patient safety
- Create and manage technician schedules to support hospital operations
- Provide high-quality patient care and client communication
