About The Position

Culbreth Carr Watson Animal Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Veterinary Receptionist to join their team in a fast-paced, high-volume veterinary practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, demonstrated leadership skills, and a passion for providing compassionate support to both clients and their pets. The clinic is a well-established, progressive, fast-paced, multi-doctor, primarily small animal practice located in Rome GA, offering comprehensive services including Preventative Care, Surgery, Urgent Care, High Speed Dentistry, In-House Diagnostics, Digital full body and dental radiology, and Ultrasonography.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-years veterinary experience required
• Compassionate, Calm, Team Player, Multi-Tasker and Strong Communicator
• Highly organized and possess computer skills
• Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the front desk team, ensuring a cohesive, efficient, and client-focused reception experience.
• Resolve informal employee complaints, provide a general explanation of the nature and basis for hospital personnel policies and procedures; maintain effective employee-management communication.
• Work well with all team members and ensure that your actions support the hospital, the doctors, and the practice philosophy.
• Ensuring that pet owners' complaints are promptly addressed and resolved.
