About The Position
Greenfields Veterinary Associates is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to provide veterinary care for dogs and cats at its Mantua, New Jersey clinic. The full-service practice offers wellness exams and vaccinations, medical and emergency treatment, surgery, dental care, and hospitalization, supported by modern diagnostic and treatment technology and a collaborative, experienced team. The role offers clinical autonomy within a supportive team and access to structured onboarding, mentorship, leadership development, and career advancement programs. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and monthly production compensation with no negative accrual and unlimited earning potential. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.
Responsibilities
- Provide veterinary care for dogs and cats, including wellness, medical, surgical, dental, emergency, and hospitalized-patient care.
- Make medical decisions for patients using clinical autonomy within a supportive team.
