- 6-9 years’ experience implementing lean practices/Lean Portfolio Management

Responsibilities
- Identify key Portfolio-level business and engineering Objectives and Key Results (OKR).
- Initiate and progress Lean Portfolio Management practices in DT portfolio, leveraging experience and proven practices.
- Support Dir Lean Portfolio Management in strategic management of Value Management demand and roadmap.
- Partner with DPM team for Portfolio Roadmap and EPIC OKR adoption and a monthly value dashboard for value streams.
- Implement Portfolio KANBAN ideation to implementation for Portfolio level demand.
- Aid in identifying VMO team and train best practices across the DT Portfolios.
- Lead a team thru the hybrid governance and compliance environment of PLM to LPM is in good standing while striving to relentlessly improve and drive lean processes.
