  • Excellent negotiating, influencing, and consensus-building skills with the ability to align multiple departments and leadership levels around a shared vision.
  • Excellent ability to establish rapport and gain trust — presenting and writing with ease, clarity, and impact using a communication style appropriate to the subject and audience.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage complex engagements to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment — with up to 25% travel required.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated ability to write concise, logical, and polished documentation including business cases, executive presentations, and ROI workbooks that drive results.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or training team members and strategic partners on value consulting methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong collaboration skills applied successfully within a team as well as across cross-functional areas of the organization.
  • A track record of operating as a thought leader — contributing to the overall growth and quality of a department through innovation, knowledge sharing, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Experience working closely with product organizations to assess and communicate the value of existing and proposed solutions and enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a trusted advisor to sales teams, prospects, and customers — leading the most complex, high-value consulting engagements and presenting value consulting findings directly to executive and C-level prospects.
