About The Position

The Learning Experience – Epperson is hiring a passionate, energetic, and nurturing Lead Toddler Teacher for its brand-new school. The role focuses on creating a safe, welcoming classroom where two-year-olds can learn, grow in independence, and feel confident and cared for. The teacher will bring the company’s proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum to life through purposeful play, creative activities, and meaningful connections. Curriculum and classroom resources are provided, with support from a leadership team in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Must meet all Florida childcare licensing requirements.
Employment is contingent upon successfully meeting Florida Level 2 background screening requirements through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

Previous toddler or early childhood classroom experience preferred.
DCF 45 hours completed, or willingness to complete the required training after hire.
CDA, FCCPC, or Early Childhood Education coursework preferred, but not required.

Implement lesson plans using The Learning Experience’s proprietary curriculum.
Encourage children’s language development, social skills, independence, and early learning.

Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming classroom.
Communicate children’s daily activities, developmental milestones, and accomplishments to families.
Collaborate with leadership and teammates to create an exceptional school experience.
