About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments and Liquidity as a part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will lead complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as a key participant in large-scale planning for the Treasury Management Consulting functional area. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, large-scale, or long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. You will make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a sound understanding of Treasury Management Consulting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives. You will collaborate and consult with Treasury Management Consulting peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. You will also lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Proven track record partnering with technology companies to deliver tailored treasury, payments, and liquidity solutions
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with broad organizational impact
  • Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating large-scale, multi-faceted business and operational challenges
  • Deep knowledge of treasury products, cash management solutions, and relevant compliance/regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in complex environments and influence outcomes across teams
  • Experience leading projects, mentoring team members, and driving strategic initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide consultative, client-focused solutions
