About The Position

This role involves operating a track hoe for earth-moving and completing infrastructure and underground utility projects. The operator will be responsible for laying wet utilities, including storm drain, backfill, digging ponds, and loading trucks. The position requires the ability to read blueprints and perform grading math to determine elevations. This is a full-time position with immediate openings, offering year-round, steady work.

Requirements

• Experience running a track hoe
• Ability to lay wet utilities, including storm drain
• Ability to perform backfill operations
• Ability to dig ponds
• Ability to load trucks
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to perform grading math to determine elevations
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience as a Fine Grade Excavator Operator
• Bonus experience in excavation or storm drain/pipe laying
