About The Position
Creative Child Learning Center is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to join their team. This role involves developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, planning engaging activities to foster cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assessing student progress. The center offers a supportive environment with resources for teachers and invests in their professional growth through education incentives and career development programs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 45 DCF Hours
- 2-5 years prior experience working in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with the assigned age group.
- Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members, is required.
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
Nice To Haves
- Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development / CDA Certified preferred
