About The Position

This role as a Lead Thrift Store Associate is crucial in supporting this mission by assisting in the overall management of selling donated items. The profits generated from the thrift stores directly fund the organization's programs and services, making them accessible to all youth in need. Requirements
- Enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 16 years of age
- Strong customer service skills, able to WOW customers
- Ability to work weekends
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the overall management of selling donated items.
- Performing functions related to the daily opening, operation, and closing of a store.
- Compiling daily sales and making bank deposits.
- Serving as a leader by providing training and directing store employees.
