About The Position
The Idaho Youth Ranch is a non-profit agency dedicated to uniting for Idaho's youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience. This role contributes to the mission by assisting in the overall management of selling donated items, with profits funding programs and services for youth in Idaho. The work environment emphasizes relationships, commitment, growth, compassion, transparency, and joy.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 16 years of age
- Have strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our customers!
- Ability to work weekends
Responsibilities
- Performs functions related to the daily opening, operation, and closing of a store
- Compiles daily sales and makes bank deposits
- Serves as a leader by providing training and directing the store employees
- Represents the Idaho Youth Ranch
