The HopePath Lead Therapist is responsible for delivering essential mental health services to individuals within the in-Circle program and overseeing HopePath staff. This role involves completing all required clinical assessments, providing clinical oversight and interventions for the Preliminary Action Plan (PAP), Crisis Management Plan (CMP), and Case Service Plan in collaboration with the HopePath Program team and CPS caseworker. The Lead Therapist will provide targeted clinical interventions based on identified family needs, complete required case documentation within program timelines, and offer clinical support for therapeutic and case management services. This position ensures the program adheres to all state and regulatory guidelines and maintains up-to-date, daily updated state-required documentation in Smart Sheet.
