The HopePath Lead Therapist is charged with the delivery of needed mental health services to all individuals involved in the in-Circle program and responsible for supervision of HopePath staff. The Lead therapist completes all required clinical assessments. The Lead therapist is responsible for the clinical oversight and clinical interventions related to the Preliminary Action Plan (PAP), Crisis Management Plan (CMP) and the Case Service Plan in coordination with the HopePath Program team and CPS case worker. The lead therapist is responsible for providing targeted clinical interventions based on the identified family needs through the various assessments and plans. The lead therapist completes required case documentation for each family within program requirements. He/she is responsible for providing the clinical support necessary for implementation of therapeutic and case management services. This position assures that the program meets all state and regulatory organizational guidelines and regulations. The lead therapist is responsible for keeping all state required documentation up to date and updating Smart Sheet daily.
