About The Position
The Lead Therapist PT is responsible for assisting with the operation and fiscal activities of physical therapy. This role involves planning and developing systems and processes to improve the operating quality, safety, and efficiency of the department. The Lead Therapist PT will also assist with hiring, training, supervising, and coaching employees, provide educational in-services, and participate in marketing activities. Additionally, this role manages daily departmental activities related to budget, staffing, supplies, Medicare, and other payment utilization.
Requirements
- Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, which must be in good standing.
- Associate’s degree.
