The Lead Therapist, Behavioral Health, provides clinical leadership within the outpatient behavioral health program while maintaining an active caseload. This role supports outpatient therapists through clinical guidance and supervision, promotes consistent use of evidence-based practices, and ensures high quality, client centered care in alignment with regulatory and organizational standards. The Lead Therapist also serves as a liaison to the Senior Director of Clinical Services, Indiana, supporting communication, implementation of clinical priorities, and coordination of program expectations.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Active independent license in the state of Indiana (such as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
  • Working towards obtaining a LCAC within six months of hire date.
  • Minimum of four years of experience providing therapeutic services to populations impacted by addiction.
  • At least two years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in conducting individual and group counseling, completing assessments, developing resources, and maintaining client records.
  • A valid Driver’s License and proof of individual automobile insurance is required (if assigned to transport program participants or other driving-mandated activities).
  • First Aid & CPR certification is required and must be maintained.
