About The Position

The Lead Tennis Attendant oversees daily tennis facility operations while delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury resort setting. This role welcomes and assists guests with court reservations, equipment, ball machines, and amenities, while ensuring a seamless tennis experience through attentive service, operational oversight, and leadership of the Tennis Attendant team.

Requirements

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
  • Holidays and weekends availability is required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their tennis experience by assisting with court reservations, equipment, amenities, and facility orientation while ensuring comfort and satisfaction
  • Manage daily tennis facility operations, including court setup and breakdown, cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas, retail shop organization, and replenishment of towels, beverages, and guest amenities
  • Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and phone communications in accordance with service standards, while maintaining accurate guest profiles and reservation records
  • Serve as the Lead Tennis Attendant by training, guiding, and supporting Tennis Attendants, ensuring consistent service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of tennis and pickleball programs, resort offerings, and local experiences to provide informed recommendations and personalized guest interactions
  • Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns promptly and professionally, and build rapport with returning guests through attentive, personalized service and guest recognition
